Frederick Cybersecurity collects only the personal data it needs to run this website and send you the publications you ask for. This policy explains what is collected, why, who else handles it, and how to exercise your rights under UK GDPR.
Who is responsible
Frederick Wakulyaka, a sole trader trading as Frederick Cybersecurity, is the data controller. Contact: frederickwakulyaka@gmail.com.

|---|---|---|---|
| Email address | You, via the Frederick Weekly sign-up form | Send the newsletter and intelligence briefs you subscribed to | Consent |

Page-view records hold the page path, the post viewed, a random session ID and a timestamp. They do not store IP addresses, names or email addresses. Our hosting providers keep standard server logs, which can include IP addresses.
The admin sign-in on this site is for the site owner only. It collects no data from visitors.
Who else handles your data
- Supabase stores the database (subscriber emails, page-view records), hosted in Ireland (EU West).
- Netlify hosts the website.
- Hostinger registers the domain and manages DNS.
- Google (Gmail) sends newsletter emails.
These providers act on our instructions. Some may process data outside the UK or EU under their own safeguards; ask us for details.
How long we keep it
Subscriber emails are kept until you unsubscribe, then deleted. Page-view records are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, erase or restrict your data, to receive it in a portable format, or to object to its use. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link or emailing us. We respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it first.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies. To count visits it keeps a random session ID in your browser's session storage. It is deleted when you close the tab and is not shared with advertisers or used to track you across other sites.
Changes
We will update this policy when practice changes and show the date at the top.
